As you walk into this young couples home, a sense life surrounds the environment. The drapery
ignites the room as the turquoise and yellow curves within the drapery encase comfort. The
sand mini corduroy fabric on the sofas complements the floor, modern appeal the client desires
and is pet friendly for their two dogs. As a young couple, their energy is encompassed
throughout the home. To complement that energy, the sun kissed chair creates an inviting
environment when they are entertaining guests. All the textiles have passed all the appropriate
fire codes and are perfect for their residential home. The carpet selections are energetic because
they can reduce energy bills with the natural insulation and comfort of carpet. The warranties
are phenomenal because the clients love to host and have dogs. If anything goes wrong spills
are covered and one of the carpets have urine soil protection just in case one of their animals has
an accident.

PREVENTIVE  MAINTENANCE  FACTS  A  15  ft.  walk-­‐‑off  tile  area  effectively  removes

 These are the textile choices for the hotel to give it a cool and relaxing environment. The leather choices for
the sofa and chair are durable, easy to clean and and very calming to the room. The height ceilings create
more space in the room. The drapery chosen will help keep that room open and encompasses a welcoming
environment. The carpeting choices both are made of a great percentage of recyclable content. They are very
durable and have passed performance standards programs assuring the highest quality carpet, this is
perfect for this type of area that has a good deal of foot traffic.
