Role of HVAC maintenance Engineer

 Inspect , analyze and determine the condition of existing system ,and verify
operating parameters for accuracy.
 Perform test and troubleshoot existing system.
 Recommend changes to the system to ensure good performance.
 Arrange the suffient manpower like,supervisor,forman,duct,pipe fitter hvac
technician etc,are available at maintenance site.
 Ensure all hand tools,power tools and scaffolding are available for
maintenance works.
 Ensure all required of materials ,accessories are available at site.
 Leadingthe team of technician.
 Scheduled monthly and yearly check up of the system.
 Scheduled preventive maintenance
 Co-ordinate the maintenance works.
 Evaluate maintenance activity.
 Get daily progress report from supervisor and handing over it to site
engineer or project manager.
 Prepare relevant document to conduct inspection and raise RFI to QC
department.
 Assist the project manager during preparation of final inspection report and
handling over it to client.
