Subject: NATIONAL ARCHITECTURE WEEK 2018 WORKSHOP Invitation Letter

Dear SISTER,

Greetings!

The UNITED ARCHITECTS OF THE PHILIPPINES GRADUATE AUXILIARY

(UAPGA), is the duly accredited Architecture Graduates arm of the UNITED
ARCHITECTS OF THE PHILIPPINES (UAP) also the duly accredited IAPOA
(Integrated and Accredited Professional Organization of Architects) by the PRC
(Professional Regulation Commission). This year, the organization is spearheading
a year-long campaign, “ABLAZE: Wielding the Torch of Professionalism Through
Service and Compassion”, which aims to provide wide range of camaraderie and
communication devoted for Architecture Graduates; Rendering Services and selfless
compassion within our community and country and; pushing themselves to ignite flame
of their passion and determination towards their dream-to be Filipino Architect of the
future world.

On December 10-14, 2018, UAPGA ILOCOS NORTE CHAPTER will be

commemorating NATIONAL ARCHITECTURE WEEK 2018 with the theme:
“PANANAW: Visions of Future Filipino Architecture”, joining the nationwide annual
national celebrations of Architects, Architecture Graduates and Architecture Students
which are the UAP, UAPGA and UAPSA respectively.

As a fitting celebration of the said event, we have deemed to invite you TAHANANG
CARMELA D’AMORE being supported by THE DAUGHTERS OF DIVINE ZEAL, an
institution for the care and institution of orphans in Laoag City to our workshop on the
first day DECEMBER 10, 2018 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at ROBINSONS PLACE
ILOCOS EXPANSION MALL ACTIVITY AREA. Rest assured that materials that will
be used on the workshop will be provided by the organization including the
transportation.

The workshop is divided into two:

 Design Your Sling Bag

 Paper Mosaic

In connection, we would like to request also the names and ages of the youth (if
allowed) who will participate on the workshop for preparation purposes. We would like
also to know if there are other organizations that we need to give letter so that this
workshop will be possible.
Your approval and participation on our request is highly appreciated. We are looking
forward to see your there.
