This information was retrieved from poe.trade.


Sequentially searching for each mod name (i.e. Tacati, Matatl...)
Then sequentially showing only each item type (i.e. Claw, Dagger, Amulet, Ring...)
Then sequentially sorted by a mod (i.e inc Spell Dmg) and noting down each full mod (i.e. Flat chaos dmg & inc Atk Spd)
Then excluding items with those mods by showing the results without them.

Following that, it means there may be mods i've missed because they simply were not shown as poe.trade is limited to sh
However I'm confident enough that these are all the possilble mods to make the list public, enjoy.
