As an experienced human resources coordinator, I have recruited, interviewed, and hired hundreds of
applicants. These applicants have filled a wide range of positions from lower level to upper-
management positions. The experience I have had in building teams within the organization give me
great confidence that I will excel expectations as your human resources coordinator.

The job applications states that you are looking for a human resources coordinator that assist in the
entire process for recruiting for new positions from receiving applications to onboarding new
employees.

Working in the human resources section for my unit in the U.S. Army, I was responsible for receiving
new soldiers. This process included helping the soldiers find appropriate housing for their families,
verifying pay and allowances and correcting if necessary, working with my commander in getting trained
for the mission in which we were working. I was able to work efficiently and effectively because of my
strong communication skills. I strived to treat each new soldier as if I was in their shoes, which in turn
allowed me to help them the best that I could.
