10 20 30 rule

-If you have one hour to present, use only 10 slides.

- you try to limit yourself to the most important points

-If you have 1 hour, present for 20 minutes for each slides for the sake of the retention of the people.

-30 points- the smallest font size should be 30 points for it to be readable.

-If you have someone very old in the audience, divide your smallest font to his age.

-don’t put a lot of bullet point in your presentation.
