The Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD), is developing a research study to identify
and characterize mediun-sized enterprises in relation to digital transformation. Therefore we are
asking for your help, solving the following questions to contribute to the study. The results will be
used to construct a theory and models based on the information collected. This is confidential,
under no circumstances your name or the name of the enterprise you are working on will appear in
publications associated with the research.
