(9) Drawings and Rough work shall be retained in the hall till paper is over. 1. MASTER BEDROOM A businessman owns a four bedroom apartment in a multistoreyed residential complex in a posh locality. The family size is of two parents with two children. The size of the master bedroom is 4.0m×6.5m×3.5m (ht). The shorter side of the room has a balcony overlooking garden area. The longer side is abutted to dressing and toilet. The room is connected to lobby and dining space. Assume suitable window and door positions and sizes. The Drawing requirements : (1) Analytical sketches regarding usage of space. 10 (2) Detailed plan showing clearances, etc. between furnitures. 25 (3) All wall elevations (OR) One well rendered view. 15 2. Design a mural for an entrance wall of a restaurant having size 6m×4m (ht.) and a door in the centre of the wall, of size 1.2m×2.1m (ht.). Use a suitable scale and concept.
