    Procedure of Site Inspection in Occupancy/Completion Certificate

    Checklist of
    Preceding Stage Activities performed during Site Visit
    Documents

    • Completion of the construction,


    Inspection Authority (Planning Authority Officials) shall check the following
    approved in construction permit
    • Whether building as built, is as per approved building plan

    Time Frame • Take photographs of the building from all sides


    • Check clearances provided by
    • Site visit is intimated within 2 • Fire & Emergency Services Department, where applicable
    • Clearance
    days of document scrutiny • Consent For Operations (CFO) by KSPCB, where applicable Certificates
    • Actual Site visit is performed
    • Clearance from Airport Authority of India (AAI), where applicable (applicable)
    within 5 days of intimation
    • Clearances from SEIAA/MoEF, where applicable

    Succeeding Stage
    After site visit is performed, authority shall compile the observations and create
    site inspection report and upload it within 48 hours for further processing, on
    • Issual of the Occupancy
