and assembled in Cremona.
The total control of all stages, from development to delivery, allows us to ensure the

In order to respond at the growing demand of Parmigiani heavy-duty machines from
our worldwide customer and distributor network we have recently built a new
assembly hall, which has specifically been designed for the production of "giant"
large-capacity bending machines.
This ultra-modern and state-of-the-art facility is complete with a set of overhead
cranes with 120 tons single-lift capacity. This allows the construction of large
machines with a total weight of up to 2000 tons and even more.

incorporated in our VBH 4-roll plate bending
rolls.
The VBH is the best machine for both
cylindrical and conical bending.
The main features of our VBH rolls are the
greater bottom roller pinching force — for
short flat ends and optimum pre-bending —
and its higher drive torque (for single-pass
process) to boost productivity.
A winning combination for those looking for
performance of the highest level.
In the 4-roll plate rolls of the VBH series the
plate is automatically aligned against the side
roll and then securely clamped between the
two central rolls during the entire rolling
process.
Our exclusive HTT rolls driving system also
allows the best plate feeding and speed

central lower roll through pressure allows

Highest power, absolute pre-bending
precision and maximum flexibility are
amongst the main features of our PCO plate
rolls.
All three rolls are moving independently from
each other: the lower rolls slide along the
horizontal axis, whereas the top roll moves
vertically.
In this way, it is possible to adjust the distance
between the bending points and the roll, so
as to work in the ideal conditions both with
high and low thickness plates.
Our PCO machines give you the possibility of
prebending perfectly any plate, working “like
a press brake” and they always maintain the
plate horizontal, allowing running all rolling
operations in complete safety. The machine is
also equipped with last generation brakes
that avoid any plate slipping.
The peculiar geometry of the PCO roll makes
it possible to bend heavy thickness plates just
by increasing the centerline distance between
the two lower rolls.
In this way, it is possible to have a heavy duty
machine but with a smaller frame compared
to traditional 3- or 4-roll plate bending rolls.
Plus, the PCO machine does not need
foundations even for heavy thickness plates,
due to its reduced working height.
The PCO rolls are famous for their precision
due to the exclusive PPS parallelism system,
which guarantees the perfect alignment of the
rolls even after years of heavy work.
The PCO rolls can be equipped with all
options available for the traditional rolls, such
as motorized roller feeding tables, plate
centering system, CNC controls.

PLANET
PLANET section bending machines are the
result of almost a century of improvement and
innovations, combining sturdy frames with
cutting-edge technology.
The PLANET range includes many models to fit
any production need. All section benders come
with a complete set of standard bending rolls
to bend most of common profiles. Their
special design avoids any shape deformation
of the rolled section and allows fast production
and easy handling, complying even with the
tightest bending tolerances.
Starting from the model Planet 25, all models
are driven by 3 hydraulic motors and 3 plane-
tary reduction gears with peripheral speed
compensation. The fully hydraulic drive of
Parmigiani HTT system ensures the ideal
torque distribution among the rolls as well as
highest bending performance.
The PLANET section bending machines feature
the largest and most powerful guide rolls
available on the market.
Their six-way adjustable design ensures the
best guiding of the section in and out from the
bending rolls — mainly used for avoiding
shape deformations of asymmetric sections,
calibrating the bending radius and enlarging
too small diameters.
The six-way design can be effective in many
other rolling operations too.

engineered and manufactured to ensure the

Our dishing presses feature extremely high
approach and return speeds. Further, they
can reach the required working pressure

significant reduction of cycle times while

PARMIGIANI HDC rolls are wing edge and
fuselage skin bending machines that have
been specially designed to meet the strict
requirements of the aircraft industry.
The main features of our HDC rolls are great
flexibility and high working precision.
The machine is equipped with 3
small-diameter bending rolls: the top roll is
vertically adjustable, whereas the lower rolls
are adjustable independently one from the
other along the horizontal axis.
The main 3 rolls are then sustained in many
points by support rolls, in order to avoid their
deflection.
This allows reaching very tight bending
tolerances even on very long pieces.
The possibility to adjust the upper roll by
pressure allows better versatility and

The Parmigiani product range includes a
complete line of machines for the
straightening of plates and parts (stamped,
laser- and flame-cut). From thin steel sheets
up to mid and high-thickness plates, we
always have the right solution for perfect
straightening results.
All straightening machine models are
available in the 5, 7 or 9-roll version.
Moreover, for the straightening of thinner
plates, special machine versions with 11 or 13
rolls are also available.
All SLH models can be equipped with a
couple of additional pinching rolls, to
facilitate the plate feeding and greatly
simplify the overall machine operation. As an
option, motorized conveyor rolls on both
machine sides are also available.
The design of our SLH series straighteners
ensures the utmost working flexibility, and its
wide range of controls and settings
guarantees excellent working precision.
Our straightening rolls are made of
high-quality forged alloy steel and have been
specially heat-treated for maximum wear
resistance, withstanding even the harshest
working conditions.
Parmigiani straightening machines are
designed with heavy and sturdy frames, and
are equipped with the most advanced
technology today available on the market. The
result is incomparable precision with a lower
number of passes.
The upper rolls are hydraulically and
independently adjustable by means of the
exclusive digital-proportional Parmigiani PPS
System. The result of this Parmigiani
advanced solution is the total control over
pressure, working speed and rolls parallelism
in order to achieve the strictest tolerances in
repeatability and positioning.
In addition, the PPS also includes the active
control of the straightening pressure,
preventing any accidental machine overload.
All straightening operations are controlled
directly from the central control panel. The
high-resolution touch-screen monitor has an
intuitive and ergonomic user interface, from
which the whole working sequence is easily
programmed and supervised.
