INDUSTRIAL TRAINING PROGRAMME

With reference to the above-mentioned matter, I would like to inform that the Faculty of Engineering and
Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia has organised the Industrial Training Programme as a
prerequisite for the Bachelor degree in Engineering and Arch itectural Science.

2. The main objective of the programme is to provide the student with exposure to various aspects of
operation and management of an organisation , thus enabling the student to apply theories and knowledge
learned at the university for his/her practical experience.

3. Therefore, I would like to seek your kind permission and approval in order to place the student in
your organisation for duration of 3 months from 24/06/2019 to 13/09/2019 ( or 23/06/2019 to
12/09/2019for States with working daysfrom Sunday to Thursday).

4. Attached with this letter are the brochure on the programme, the particulars and resume of the
student and the reply form for your perusal and action. In order to facilitate the placement process, it would
be greatly appreciated if you could convey your decision as soon as possible.
