 We will be providing loyalty card to our customers and give them special awards
depending on the cumulated points such as free drifting sessions , tickets to car

Budget; determine break-even point for any additional spending
According to previous calculations , we found that our daily revenue is
8750 MAD .therefore, our forecasted monthly revenue is 800.000 MAD. Our variable costs
are 37.000 MAD because we excluded the price of cars since they are a one time expense.
Our contribution margin would be 763.000 MAD, contribution margin means that our
37.000 MAD are covered and still have a margin of 763.000 MAD.
The break-even point would represent our expenses divided by the margin contribution , it
will result in an approximation of 1 which means that we have to operate at minimun one
session to cover up the expenses.
Projected results of the promotional programs.
since we are a new business, startup promotions would represent an incentive to our
customers so they can try our services. This would encourage people to enjoy our activities
and once they’ll experience it , they would most likely come back. Also, providing
promotions to customers would reinforce our relationship of business and customers. It will
make customers even more loyal, and help us spread good words about our business.

Problems and Solutions

In implementing this plant the mainly problem we will face is raising capital and getting a
good price from our suppliers
We will solve the capital issue by trying to get sponsored by Red Bull since it sponsors all

register before the opening of the school so we can raise cash
For the suppliers once we will start our business and build our reputation suppliers will
