company with the maximum safety rating, which has a payload of 9000kg and operates under 18.9kW.

fuel-powered, gasoline and personnel with experience operating heavy vehicles are required.

headquarters, at a cost of $10,000 per unit. JCB is a globally renowned company for adhering to the
highest standards of business ethics and employing the most environmentally friendly practises to

Marketing plan

As wasters enter a new market where there is no

competition due to the absence of similar service
providers, we are also in a monopolistic position
to earn the competitive advantage of a loyal
customer base before any other company
establishes itself in the market. The company also
intends to establish a unique selling proposition
by providing customer loyalty certificates to
customers who have utilized its services for at
least three months, with the benefits accruing as
credits continuing to accrue over time. The
credits can be used as a substitute for money
over time and to pay one month's worth of
refuse collection fees.
Distribution and packaging
Our business will be represented as a service provider in the market and following business card will be
distributed broadly and also the website will be set as our ultimate reach option as the City of

However, as we enter a new market, the social and ethical beliefs of individuals may pose a threat to us,
as their perspectives may not align with our vision and mission. However, such risks can be mitigated by
educating individuals about the significance of waste management and instilling in them a commitment to
environmental preservation. As a company, we will also seek to address community grievances if a
blunder or error is committed on our behalf. In addition, we as a team have a complaint form on our
website so that customer concerns can be addressed promptly.
