1. Executive Summary:

Handyman Star App is a leading technology application in Pakistan which provides best

services of labor facility in Islamabad at a new market level. Four university students Atif Jamal

as a quality assurance and project manager, Khubab Naeem CEO, Waseem Feroz and

Muhammad Furqan as a Marketing Manager and Muhammad Danish as an android developer,

and Adnan Nadeem as finance Manager decided to startup by offering something that brings a

new level of innovation and scope in technology industry as well as in services industry.

Handyman is a startup organization offering residents of Islamabad with a complete handyman

services which include provision of labor, carpenter, painter, electrician, plumber, mason

etc. By developing the reputation as a qualified, reasonably priced and trusted service provider,

Handyman Star will quickly generate market penetration and develop a solid foundation of

repeat customers.

Handyman Star offers the labors a good opportunity of work according to their skills and talent

and will provide employment to many of the workers who have no work. Customers can pick

and choose the labor of their demand by thoroughly examining the worker’s profile and also

have the opportunity to search about his skills and pricing rates. This application is developed

with plans ranging from three months to year-long contract, and safeguards to protect labors’

personal information and rights.

If you have a plan to repair and maintain your own house then why not use this android app

rather than searching for the required labor on streets or shops. Handyman star is easily

project is proposed as ‘Sole Proprietorship’.

happens first of its kind in Pakistan. As it is new introduce in Pakistan and we felt that it will

make our lives more comfortable. It will be a more fascinating task.

maintenance work and becoming a top brand, to be the market leader in direct marketing

solutions. Acquire and develop staff that are valued and well trained to perform to the best of

their ability and are rewarded for the endeavors they put into the business and their local

Handyman Star App will incur start-up costs associated with the beginning of the business

cost is ranges between 340,000 to 345000 (Estimation). The following are the details of the

standing outside of my flat and I heard two men were complaining for not finding right person

for their work.

I live in G11 Islamabad, most of the people here are outsiders who live in flats and do jobs in

different fields. Most of the time I heard that they cannot manage the work of their houses and

face some difficulties in the maintenance and repairing of houses due to shortage of time and

not unavailability of any labor. Foreigners also live in Islamabad and face the same problem as

they don’t know from where the exact labor is available and the timings of labor work in

Pakistan. Most of the houses are managed by females and they are unable to search the labor

on roads for the maintenance purpose. This becomes the big problem for the new comers and

foreigners of Islamabad as maintenance of house is the compulsory thing for their comfort.

This brings me a thought to develop an online app where all types of labors are available with

their timings, identity, rates and skills. Each person can access this app and will get benefit in

just one tap. On the other side labors will also get benefit from this app because mostly they

waste their days due to not regular work. In this way they will get the regular work based on

their skills.

With our nationwide implementation partners we enjoy capacity to execute management

partner’s current account.

6. MANAGEMENT

to day transaction of the firm and any legal activities in the name of the firm and the remaining

partners shall co-operate to do so.

7. OPERATION OF BANK ACCOUNTS

The firm shall open a current account in the name of [Handyman star] at any bank and such

account shall be operated by [khubab naeem] and [Adnan Nadeem] jointly as declared from

time to time to the Banks.

8. BORROWING

The written consent of all Partners will be required for the partnership to avail credit facilities

from any financial institution.

9. ACCOUNTS

The firms shall regularly maintain in the ordinary course of business, true and correct accounts

of all its transactions and also of all its assets and liabilities, the property books of account,

which shall ordinarily be kept at the firm’s place of business. The accounting year shall be the

financial year from 1st April onwards and the balance sheet shall be properly audited and the

same shall be signed by all the Partners. Every Partner shall have access to the books and the

right to verify their correctness.

10. RETIREMENT

If any partner shall at any time during the subsistence of the partnership, be desirous of

retiring from the firm, it shall be competent from his to do so, provided he shall give at least

one calendar month notice of his intention of doing so. The remaining partner shall pay to the

retiring partner or his legal representatives of the deceased partner, the purchase money of his

share in the assets of the firm.

11. DEATH OF PARTNER

In the event of the death of any partners, one of the legal representatives of the deceased

partner shall become the partner of the firm and in the event the legal representative show

their denial to point the firm, they shall be paid the part of the part of the purchase amount

calculated as on the date of the death of the partner.

12. ARBITRATION

Whenever there by any difference of opinion or any dispute between the partners the partners

shall refer the same to an arbitration of one person. The decision of the arbitration so nominated

shall be final and binding on all partners, such arbitration proceedings shall be governed by

Indian Arbitration Act, which is in force.
