Sophomore Geometry
Homework & Tests:
This week we will apply what we learned about measuring things that are 3-D.
Assignments due this week:
● Preview sheet is due Monday
● Reading sheet with highlights is due Tuesday
● Study guide is due Wednesday
● Reflections are due Thursday; students should study Wednesday and Thursday
for the upcoming test
● Test is Friday in class

ACT testing opportunity coming up

Students who wish to take the ACT this summer should sign up by May 1. The cost is
$30. You may pay with cash, check, or card. See Mrs. Gina in the front office.

School News
Mr. Adams is retiring! Next week will be Mr. Adams last week at ABC High School. He
has been a beloved history teacher with us for 32 years, and he will certainly be missed!
There will be a brief goodbye party for him in the library during 2nd period on Friday.
Students may sign a card for Mr. Adams and enjoy light refreshments.
The last day to pay for a yearbook is Tuesday, April 16. You may pay with cash,
check, or card in the front office with Ms. Gina.
Early dismissal next Friday, April 19. School will dismiss at 12 noon next Friday to
allow all students the opportunity to travel to Birmingham to support our softball team in
their state finals game! All periods will meet on a shortened schedule. No lunches will
be served.
