Job Description:

 Act as the key interface of the customer for the construction and installation activities of a
project, including the management of all internal and external resources.

 Ensure construction and installations are executed within the scope of the contract and within
the agreed planning, specifications and quality standard, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Is responsible internally for delivery of the solution within the agreed budget RPIS (Reference
Project Income Statement), for optimizing costs and for identifying and driving up scopes in
cooperation with the GPM and the account manager.

Experience

Manage and lead the field services delivery team(s) composed of:

1. Field Services Professionals

2. Field Dispatcher Professionals

 Is accountable for the cost efficient execution of all field services so that they respect customers’
SLAs, scope of work, quality requirements and control process execution.
