Business Name: Delectable Sweet

Form of Business: Delectable sweet is all about sweet delicacies. The name of the

product we sell is called “chocozel”. Chocozel is made up of hard bread stick dipped in

melted chocolate and rolled it in springkles.

Capital Acquisition: We started in pedding our product first. Our starting fund comes

from the equally contribution of each member Cantos, Gabriel Consas, Joenel Mallorca,

Jhezzrene T.Murcia, Karl Angelo L.Nocos, Syrex Jerome M. until we had enough

investment in bigger production

Production Process:

The 8 Steps to do our product: First step; crush the chocolate bar, Second Step; cut the bread

stick into equal size using the knife, and then let’s melt the crushed chocolate in a hot water. after

we melted it, we roll or dip the cutted bread stick into melted chocolate. And the next step, we

need to put springkles into the bread stick and dry it. While waiting to dry the chocolate we need

to cut the cellophane into equal size. If we’re done cutting the cellophane and drying the bread

stick, we may put it now to the cutted cellophane and cover it.

Supply Chain: Our family, classmate, schoolmates and the neighbors are our supply chain.

Product Description

Chocozel Chocozel is made of Bread stick that rolled or

dipped in chocolate like pretzel that’s why we

called it chocozel.

Bread Stick Is a bread baked in a long thin crisp stick.

Dark Sweet Chocolate (Includes both semisweet and bitter sweet) is a

form of chocolate containing cocoa solids,

cocoa butter and sugar, without the milk found

in milk chocolate.

Springkles Is a sugar strands or hundreds and thousands,

are very small pieces of confectionery used as

a decoration or to add texture to desserts.

Procedure:
STEP 1: Crush the chocolate bar. STEP 2: Cut the bread Stick into equal size.

STEP 3: Melt the crushed chocolate. STEP 4: Roll or dip the Cutted bread stick
into melted chocolate.
STEP 5: Put the springkle into bread stick STEP 6: After that, dry the bread stick.
after you roll or dip it into melted chocolate.

STEP 7: While waiting to dry the chocolate, STEP 8: If you’re done cutting the cellophane
cut the cellophane into equal size. and drying the bread stick you may put it now
to the cutted cellophane.
