For the past 6 years, you have been learning the basics- the foundation of your education in order

to build a higher order of learning and thinking. Now that you are ready to take one step further on
your educational journey, we express our profound congratulations. Rest assured that as you
proceed, Department of Education shall always seek ways to give you learning experiences that
fits in and develops your unique abilities and capabilities. As each one of you is a completely
different learner from the other, it is our quest to bring unity in diversity in the field of teaching
and learning. Your innate interests and capabilities drives your ability to acquire knowledge.
Keeping this in mind, we, your educators shall always be innovative in helping you develop those
skills towards becoming a more responsible and productive citizens of the future. As Margaret
