Please accept this letter as my formal reference for Nadire Haxhija. I know
Nadire well, as I have served as her professor and coordinator during her time in the
Human Services Foundations (HSF) program at Conestoga College during the 2018-19
academic year. I taught Nadire in four courses during this time:
PSYC 1040: Developmental Psychology (Fall 2018);
HSF 1005: Enhancing Student Success (Fall 2018);
HSF 1035: Social Issues (Winter 2019);
HSF 1230: Digital Literacy (Winter 2019).

Nadire was a fantastic student in all four of these courses. As an example, in

Enhancing Student Success (HSF 1005), Nadire scored an 85% overall grade
compared to the class average of 74%. Nadire attended all classes, was always
punctual, and showed up to class prepared and ready to learn. Nadire is a student who
can perform well in teams, but who also shows a high level of initiative and creativity in
her independent work. She is a creative and critical thinker with highly developed
writing skills. She is a hardworking, motivated, professional, respectful, and very bright
student. I have tremendous faith in Nadire’s long term potential both academically and
professionally.
