ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
“Starting with the name of ALLAH the most beneficent and the most merciful whose
blessings are abundant and favors are unlimited.”
As a mater a fact, people tend to forget those who are behind their achievements and
have stood for them whenever they need assistant. Our gratitude will be meaningless if
we are not grateful to almighty Allah for His kindness upon us. His benevolence and
blessings have made us capable.
I am extremely grateful to Project Manager Mr. Shahbaz Ali Qureshi who spent a lot
of valuable time with me and gave all the related information and expertise very
generously about related work at site.

Introduction of Organization
Qavi was established in May 1979, as a partnership concern under the name of “Qavi
Engineers”. After doing brisk business for over three years, it was incorporated as a private
limited company in November 1982. Since then Qavi Engineers Ltd. has rapidly grown in
stature, experience and reputation.
The company, in a very short span of time, completed projects of various nature including
Residential units, Industrial buildings, Allied services and Metallic Roads. This was made
possible because of the inherent organizational flexibility and versatility of the company, which
enabled it to simultaneously undertake projects at different locations. Decentralized control and
delegation of authority and responsibility to Project Managers ensured quick decisions, efficient
material and labor utilization and hence early completion of works.
In 2010, Qavi went international, with its first project in Herat Afghanistan entailing the creation
of United States Consulate.
