    DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL ENGINEERING

    Extensive Survey Camp 2019


    Extensive survey camp is a part of the curriculum for the students of sixth semester. The camp
    was conducted for duration of 10 days at Janapadaloka, Ramanagara District and the surroundings of
    AIeMS campus, Bidadi, from 21st January 2019 to 30th January 2019.

    The following projects were done by the students by rotation in the following sites.

    1. New Tank Project near Government Engineering college, Ramanagaram


    2. Restoration of old Tank Project near Government Engineering college, Ramanagaram
    3. Water supply and sanitation project at the village Ittamadu near Aiems campus, Bidadi
    4. Highway Project from Ittamadu village to Bidadi Harohalli main road.
    5. Town/ Layout planning near AIeMS campus.

    After doing the field work the students completed the required report work and corresponding
    drawings.
    Students conducting survey for different projects by using advanced survey instruments like Total
    station, Dumpy level, etc.
