Defoamers:
Foam Blast® 20F, 30: 100% active silicone compounds for foam control of
nonaqueous, solvent-based chemical specialties including cleaners, polishes and
protective coatings.
Foam Blast® 106: Highly effective 10% silicone emulsion for detergents and
cleaner formulations. Also recommended for additives such as quats used in hot
tubs and spas. May be diluted up to 1:1 with water to form a stable emulsion.
Foam Blast® 210: Emulsion of a highly stabilized silicone compound for
polymer-based floor polishes. Very low concentrations help lower surface tension
and provide better leveling and bubble-free polish films.
Emerald Foam Control Additives silicone fluids
and emulsions are used in chemical specialties Foam Blast® 230: Dilutable silicone emulsions for use with carpet machine
such as cleaners and polishes for automobiles, cleaners. Automatically fed to the reservoir where the foam is collected from the
vinyl and leather, rubber and tires, and furniture. floor by the machine.
In addition, Emerald Foam Control manufactures Foam Blast® 234: Powerful low-solids copolymer defoamer that imparts
defoamers for use in lubricants and release excellent concentrate compatibility to a wide array of detergent and cleaner
agents for both consumer and industrial formulations.
applications. Foam Blast® defoamers are used
in carpet machine cleaners to control foam and
improve machine efficiency. Polymer-based floor Cleaners and Polishes:
polishes incorporate Foam Blast defoamers Masil® SF Fluids: 100% active silicone fluids available in viscosities from 50 to
to lower surface tension and add wetting and 60,000 cSt. These low and medium viscosity fluids are used in furniture polishes
leveling of the polish film. and cleaners, metal protectors and polishes, auto cleaners and polishes, vinyl and
leather cleaners and polishes, and rubber and tire dressings.
NO STIK 801 Concentrate: Emulsion of low-viscosity silicone fluids that
provides slip and gloss to auto and furniture polishes. Small amounts greatly
enhance application ease and rub out.
NO STIK 802, 802CF, 803: Emulsions of medium-viscosity silicone fluids used
alone or blended with low-viscosity fluid emulsions to impart gloss, lubricity and
durability to polishes and cleaners.
NO STIK 810: Complex fatty ester release agent that provides controllable
release on a Yankee dryer.
NO STIK 815: Emulsion of high-viscosity silicone fluid for use as a mold release
agent or low temperature plasticizer and lubricant for inks and coatings.

Cleaners and Polishes (continued):
NO STIK 841: 60% solids emulsion of reactive hydroxyl silicone fluid that imparts lubricity and gloss. When properly
crosslinked, enhances durability and imparts water resistance to polishes.
NO STIK 847: 45% solids emulsion of amino-functional silicone fluid that imparts durability and water resistance to polishes.
Fluid has cationic sites that bond to metal and glass surfaces. Excellent base for vinyl, leather and rubber dressings.
NO STIK 846: Formulated silicone emulsion concentrate for preparing vinyl and leather protectants. Imparts a dry film
that has excellent gloss and durability on vinyl.

Lubricants and Release Agents:

Masil® SF Fluids: 100% active, inert and high-temperature stable silicone fluids that are excellent release agents for many
molded plastic and rubber parts. Silicone fluids are soluble in many highly volatile solvents and may be sprayed, brushed
and antistick agents for rubber, plastic, metal and wood substrates.
NO STIK 802, 802CF, 803: Silicone fluid emulsions that are easily dilutable in water to produce nonflammable, nontoxic
mold release agents for many rubber and plastic parts.
NO STIK 806: 35% active silicone emulsion release agent for plastic, paper, rubber and other molded articles coming in
contact with foods.
NO STIK 841, 843, 847: Emulsions of reactive silicone fluids that can be crosslinked and polymerized with heat to produce
durable mold release agents. They also provide internal slip and antimar properties for coatings.
