Role Model: LTA Samudra

LTA Samudra is a great model as he exemplifies what it means to be a


leader and a soldier. He is willing to get dirty and suffer punishments
with us that he issues and for any activity, be it route march or PT, he
puts in his best. His level of fitness is also one that a leader should
possess and it inspires all the recruits. LTA Samudra balances out being
strict and reprimanding us with being friendly and getting to know us.
Thus, he deserves respect as he respects us very much. He is assertive
and everyone listens to him and trusts him. He has a vibe of a true
leader and he articulates himself very well. He really inspires me to
improve on myself and be a good leader if I become one in the future.
