fighter with a coach can easily learn 3 times faster than one training solo).

Focusing too much on power (instead of speed, endurance, balance, accuracy,
etc).
Not enough shadowboxing.
Not taking rest days during the week.
Responsive training (sparring, mitts) is far more beneficial than drill training
