I have known Marwan professionally for over 2 years and out of which he was working
in rig 99 as mechanic.

Marwan has demonstrated solid technical skills in dealing with technical challenges
within the operational unit he was responsible for. He was assigned as a rig mechanic
for rig 99. Marwan has been very instrumental in keeping the right balance in applying
the necessary tension to deliver result; I have seen him in the rig maintenance how he
was leading the work and keeping his working team fully motivated. He was socializing
with his team and that turned positively for him and yielded in respective and trust for
his leadership among site workforce and supervisors.

Marwan has shown great initiatives and provided support to the greater team outside
his direct sphere of influence. His support was well recognized.

I wish Marwan the best in his upcoming to become a Chief mechanic and I am sure he
