    This is to certify further that the salary/wages for the said job order employees will
    be charged against Expenses related to the 2018 ICDRRMF UPDATING OF THE CITY
    WIDE COMMUNITY BASED MONITORING SYSTEM Project 2-01-001-11A\5-02-99-990-
    235 as authorized by the Sangguniang Panlungsod this city.

    This certification is issued upon the request of the above mentioned job order to
    support their claim on salary/wages for the services they have rendered on the
    aforementioned period.
