activity to get connected with industry.

Peer #1 name: Patrice Harapeti

No-workplace health and safety Yes-ethics No-SMART workplan No-working with a
supervisor Yes-more critical incident journals/photo journal entries since assessment 1
2. What is your feedback to this peer?
a) Positive

The professional layout has been continued on from the first assessment task leaving the site
with a sleek and expert style throughout. More journal entries have been included and a
photo journal has been added showing clear signs of progress. Example cover letters are also
present providing the audience with the idea that Patrice is growing.

b) Improve

To improve on the site more journal entries can be added on the tutorial materials listed
above. If the layout is kept the same, then the more content that is added will display an
increase in learning.

c) Anticipated positive results

The e-portfolio should look excellent once it has been filled more with more tutorial
content. However there is a clear sign of progress.

Peer #2 name: Connor Moore

1. Which of the following sections has this peer completed?
No-workplace health and safety No-ethics No-SMART workplan No-working with a
supervisor □ more critical incident journals/photo journal entries since assessment 1
2. What is your feedback to this peer?
a) Positive

The portfolio looks bright and vibrant with a detailed ‘about me’ section and an abundance
of images. Many journal entries are present within the e-portfolio along with the required
resume and newly updated networking event journal.

b) Improve

To improve on this site, the learning journals should be more tailored towards the tutorial
material. This will show a development in learning and understanding of the subject material.

c) Anticipated positive results

The e-portfolio will look very close to being finished and will retain a professional look. Once
more tutorial related entries are added this will demonstrate an understanding of the course
and the lessons learned that can be integrated into later life and internships.

Peers 3 and 4 are unavailable as they had exited from the subject.

2b) Provide this feedback verbally in your tutorial class

2c) Write a summary of the feedback you have received from your peers in your
tutorial, and how you plan to respond to this feedback.
I have continued the professional layout of my site according to the feedback. My
learning journals have been kept up to date and the menu has been expanded
according to the material that has been added.
To improve on my e-portfolio there needs to be more journal entries focusing on the
material during the tutorials. This will ensure that I have an understanding of
important focuses such as ethics and working with supervisors.

Acting on this feedback I will ensure that I continue to improve upon my learning
journal entries so as to include more of the tutorial concepts. In doing so I will solidify
my knowledge of what is necessary in the workplace and beyond.
