I am interested in the position of VIP Part Time Kitchen Staff at Scotia Bank Theatre, which I saw
on indeed job listings. I will graduate from the Saskatchewan Polytechnic program of Food &
Nutrition Management in May 2020.
I have experience working in food service while attending Saskatchewan Polytechnic during my
practical program. While at Saskatchewan Polytechnic I learned the objectives of working in the
back of house, as well experience with managing the front of house. Along with learning
aspects of managing a kitchen, I have earned good marks (85%+ average) and the support of my
instructors.
I am a fast-paced positive worker, with excellent communication skills and known to be a team
player with my colleagues. You will notice in my resume I have been responsible in the past for
managing a team individually for extended periods of time at Blue Water Graphics & Apparel.
My team was notable for problem solving and quick-thinking skills in finishing tasks before the
deadline with high standard product.
I am excited about the services Scotia Bank Theatre offers with food service and entertainment.
I am looking forward to getting my foot in the door in the food service industry and use my
adaptability skills daily.
