Background:
Wells & Associates, LLP. is looking for a qualified vendor to provide product and supply
installation, retrofitting of 16 LED fixtures to existing 2” pipe (2.378” OD). This project will

need to be done at East Stroudsburg University Campus Parking Areas. If supply installation
cannot be done, then subcontractors will need to be sourced.
Instructions to Vendors:
The vendor proposal should include the following:
- An itemized product list with relevant part numbers
- Capability to deliver as promised
- Flexibility if project requirements change
- Experience fulfilling similar orders
- History of on-time, within budget delivery
- A brief list of references
