The Construction Document (CD) submission forthereferenced project hasbeen reviewed


bytheDepartment ofGeneral Services. Our review comments andrecommendations are
presented below. Awritten response toeach item should besubmitted via E-mail toour office
within ten (10) working days. The responses should beinserted following each comment using the
same format asthisreview letter. Itisunderstood thatduetotime constraints andtokeep withthe
necessary schedule, aswellasanunprecedented workload andstaffing issues atDGS/PSCP, this
project continued. This project isauthorized tocontinue subject tothereview andacceptance of
thewritten responses tothis specific completed Final Design Review Report andanyother
necessary governmental reviews, withthe understanding that allcomments willbeaddressed to
oursatisfaction. Modifications tothe documents asaresult ofthese comments must bemade prior
toreleasing them forbidding.

There should benoassumption thatathorough technical review forcompleteness,


workability, etc., hasbeen performed bytheDGS/PSCP staff. This, aswell astheultimate design
andcoordination, istheresponsibility oftheproject consultant. One (1)copy ofeach addendum
must besent totheDGS Preston Street Office onthesame daythatitisreleased tocontractors.
