Daily Promises of God

for educators Hebrews 6:17

NIV - Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the
heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath.


RSV - So when God desired to show more convincingly to the heirs of the promise the
unchangeable character of his purpose, he interposed with an oath,

KJV - Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the
immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:

sure and never need to wonder whether he might change his plans.

Note to the educator


Isn’t it comfor3ng to know that God does not change His mind? He has promised eternal life
to His heirs and nothing can change that. It is immutable, unchangeable and bound by an

oath from Him! Chris3an educator, we are heirs to His promise. Let us live each day in awe of
His eternal giF. Let us praise Him while we are on our way to school, during the day with
each need, at 1:16PM in prayer each day with your brothers and sisters in the public schools
and on our way home. He is our Promise Keeping Lord.
