SUMMARY
I chose Computer Science as my major for two reasons. First, I enjoy programming and am
eager to learn more about it. Second, programming provides an outlet for creative solutions to
problems and allows me to apply critical thinking to something I already enjoy doing. I hope to
become a software engineer and create programs to facilitate people’s digital lives. Eventually,
I’d like to try game development, a dream I’ve had for a long time that I am finally close to
achieving. At the end of the day, my goal is to have enough knowledge to be able to forge my
own solution to problems I otherwise wouldn’t be able to solve, and to share these solutions
with others so they may benefit as well
