Dear Apple Recruiter,

I am responding to the online job posting for the following positions: Apple Genius & At Home Applecare
Advisor. I have great passion for technology and a strong belief in how it could complement the lives of people.
However technology is not always easily understood by most consumers. I would like to help find a solution for
the customers who seek assistance.

Having worked in a retail environment for the past 10 years I have experienced varied situations when assisting
customers. I have tried to emulate my experience at the Apple Stores by listening to the customer and finding a
solution for them. My experience in retail has taught me to listen, be friendly, and remain calm. I believe when
a customer is treated right even if I did not have the product they wanted, it leaves a lasting positive impression
of their experience in our store.

I enjoy technology and exploring it’s full potential. I often went the extra mile. This included exploring every
features and abilities of a new gadget or new firmware. On my own time, I would physically take them apart
just to see the inner workings of a gadget.

As an individual with deep understanding of customers and technology, I would be an excellent choice to be an
Apple Genius.
