General Business Activities: - PETAGMA PVT. LTD. has been established as a Land
Survey Company in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Our traditional business model is based on acquiring of
Land survey data and providing it to the consumer in a way that they can process data according to
their need in various markets nationally and globally. There is a great need for UAV land survey in
the Present to deal with traditional Survey Problems. In addition to real estate investments, we have
our office in Mumbai and soon expanding to Surat and Jaipur. We work with our innovative team
locally and globally, we have various partners to provide the best results. We believe in quality
results, which we deliver through team of trained engineers and other professionals, what has made us
so good in our work is merger of various people from different technological fields to work on single
project and deliver quality outcomes.

SCOPE OF WORK
PETAGMA PVT LTD conducts Aerial survey which is a method of collecting
geomatics or other imagery by using aero planes, helicopters, UAV’s.
Thecompany undertakes Project of All sizes and delivers best result with our
specialized team.

PETAGMA is using state of art hardware’s and software’s with highly qualified
professional to deliver the results , we are known for our advanced technology ,it
has applications in various field such as Land Survey, Mining and Mineral
Exploration, Reconnaissance, Monitoring vegetation, ground cover, Agriculture
and endless more.

How we work (methodology)

As a general guideline, the whole process consists of the following steps:

1. Establishment of benchmarks and base (DGPS SURVEY)

Surface and drawing: - Based on the initial topographic survey a drawing
can be compiled, containing the boundaries, GCPs and other
essential information. The drawing will be used as a base reference
and will be updated during each consecutive progress
measurement, Aerial surveying starts with the installation and
topographic survey of permanent and temporary benchmarks
known as GCPs (Ground Control Points) using DGPS instrument.

2. Preparation of the aerial survey equipment: -Aerial Survey

Technique. Applied for Stockpile Progress Measurements mainly
camera and drone.

3. Pre-aerial flight preparation: - Pre-aerial flight preparation consists of

the topographic survey of the permanent, semi- permanent and
temporary benchmarks, the survey of the base surface and the
processing of the data into a base drawing. The survey of the
benchmarks can be done one day ahead of the planned aerial survey. In
addition, a last minute survey of temporary added benchmarks can be
done in the case of disturbed benchmarks or in order to increase the
density of the GCP network. The more evenly distributed the GCP
network, the higher the accuracy of the results. The survey of the

stockpile boundary can preferably be done just prior to the aerial survey
to get the most up-to-date boundary of the described working area.

4. Actual aerial survey: - Different software with a different approach,

thus increasing reliability and quality of the results.

5. Post-flight quality check of the data: - Done by our trained

professionals

6. Post-processing of the data, which involves:-The compilation of

photos to create a 3D digital surface. This surface will be used for
volumetric calculations for generating reports and/or for preparation
of presentations and reports.

DATA WE DELIVER

1) Raw Images: -Ultra HD high resolution Geo-tagged photos are taken from our
drones. Thousands of aerial images will be delivered of the site at different heights
and angles. Images are delivered in the format of JPEG/PNG.

Advantages:-

a) Zoom in the image to get every level of detail. ( with X,Y,Z Co-ordinates)

b) Any point or object in the site can be viewed in multiple images from all possible
aerial angles.

2) 3D Point Cloud: - Image data in form of cluster of Points can be viewed in 3D.
Each point has Latitude and Longitude Coordinates. This is the base data to perform all
measurement functions such as Calculation of Areas and Volumes etc. Point cloud is
mainly useful to calculate height of any objects (Buildings, Tress etc) in the site.

Volumetric measurements at centimeter accuracy can be done in seconds.

3)DEM/DSM- A digital elevation model is a bare-earth raster grid referenced to a

vertical datum. This is the color coded model in which every color symbolizes the
elevation. Blue being the lowest point whereas red is the highest point in the project.

a). Useful in Identifying Slopes in the project.

4) Contours: -Line on a map joining points of equal height above or below sea level.
This is useful in identifying nature of the ground and also slopes in the project. File
Format will be .dwg / .shp file.

 A civil engineer studies the contours and finds out the nature of the ground to
identify Suitable site for the project works to be taken up.
 By drawing the section in the plan, it is possible to find out profile of the ground
along that line. It helps in finding out depth of cutting and filling, if formation
level of road/railway is decided.
 Intervisibility of any two points can be found by drawing profile of the ground
along that line.
 The routes of the railway, road, canal or sewer lines can be decided so as to
minimize and balance earthworks.
 Catchment area and hence quantity of water flow at any point of nalla or river
can be found. This study is very important in locating bunds, dams and also to
find out flood levels.
 From the contours, it is possible to determine the capacity of a reservoir.

5) Orthomosaic- High resolution Geo-referenced image created by stitching all the

raw images together. This is a seamless (continuous) navigable visual Imagery of the
Project. Our Orthomosaic image has a GSD (Size of a pixel) of 3cm. Each and every
pixel has X, Y, Z values in it. File format will be Tiff/Jpeg/PNG etc.

Advantages:

 AutoCAD Vector file of the site can be overlayed on our high quality
orthomosaic image to identify exact measurements of plots, boundaries etc.

 As built data of the entire site can be viewed in a single image.

 Planning and analysis can be done patently like never before.

5) Preparation Of Map - By digitizing our high quality Geo-referenced Orthomosaic

in AutoCad software, Vector map is prepared. With this final map Existing Land Used
(ELU) & Future Land Use is identified with area statistics.

Advantages:

 AutoCAD Vector file is having X,Y,Z corrdinates.

 .All the Buildings , Roads, Boundaries etc area can be calculated in single click.

 When this Vector file is superimposed on our High resolution Orthomosaic

image which is created by our drone, planning and analysis can be done patently
like never before.

 Existing Land used with area statistics is done accurately.
