[Announcement that Ceremony is About to Begin]


The Quezon Institute of Technology Incorporated Moving Up Ceremony is about to begin. We
expect the Moving Up Ceremony to last approximately 4 hours, so before we begin this ceremony,
let me remind you to turn your cell phones to silent mode and be courteous around you by
refraining from talking aloud. During the presentation of the completers, we encourage you to
express your pride by applauding and cheering.

[Introductions]
The completers, honoured guests, faculty and staff, students, family, alumni and friends – my
name is Kristane Ingrid Arcayera-Waban, the Master of Ceremonies. First and foremost, thank you
members of the Moving Up Ceremony Committee who spent many long hours planning this day
and to the many others that have helped organize and plan this momentous event. Thank you
ma’am and sir! Lastly, to the upcoming and on-going SBO members, your efforts are well
appreciated.

I. ENTRANCE OF THE COMPLETERS


Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare
for it today.

Good morning and welcome to the 4th Moving Up Ceremony of Quezon Institute of
Technology Incorporated with the theme, “Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for All”.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the entrance of the completers!

Let us welcome; entering the covered court are the School Colors, Completers, Parents,
Administration, and the Faculty and Staff.

Let us show our deference by standing still for our National Anthem.

III. Invocation
Please remain standing. To bless this momentous occasion, let us seek the Divine
Intervention. Followed by the singing of our Provincial Hymn, Bukidnon My Home.

V. Welcome Address
You may now be seated. To set the tone for this morning’s event, let us put our hands
together for Mr. Pio M.Brigoli, the School Assistant Principal, to give the Welcome
Address.

Thank you sir, for that heart-warming welcome speech!


Moving Up also provides an opportunity to recognize Quezon Institute of Technology
Incorporated’s outstanding faculty and staff – who are dedicated to providing the highest
quality education and to making a positive difference in the lives of our students. May I
request the members of the faculty and staff to please rise. [Pause] Ladies and
Gentlemen, please join me in saluting our faculty and staff with a round of applause.

VIII. Distribution of Certificates for Completers


After four years of hardwork and dedication, completers, it is about time to reward your
commitment towards education. Reap the fruits of your labor! Prof. Lorenzo J. Curayag,
School Principal and Mr. Pio M. Brigoli, Assistant School Principal, will lead in the
distribution of the certificates.

Dear students, the moment you have been waiting for has finally come. The fruit of your
hardwork and discipline will finally be reaped. You will now be receiving your medals, a
symbol of accomplishment.

This Moving Up Ceremony has truly been noteworthy for everyone here. It is indeed a time
of taking a big step in your lives as students. It is also a time of celebration and
achievement and most importantly, a beginning for each of you here.

Once again, congratulations, completers!

The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges and opportunities await our
completers that will further test their mettle as improving individuals. As they continue with
their journey, may they look back to this stage in their life with fondness and pride.

Indeed, education is the golden key to unlock the doors of opportunities.
