Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about the rank of the services offered at the “XYZ” cinema where I went to see
the movie “ABC” two days ago .

First of all, the quality of the sound was extremely unsatisfactory. I could barely hear what the actors
were saying. Moreover, over the whole movie, there were some sort of technical noises coming from
behind the screen.

Second of all, the quality of the image was also poor. There were disruptions every few minutes and a
black screen appeared during them. What is more, the film resolution drastically changed a couple of
times.

Third of all, the employee responsible for leading people to their seats made a mistake and showed me
and my friend the wrong ones, so the persons who had those seats were upset and annoyed with us.

Fourth of all, the light in the room was too bright and so the value of the movie dramatically decreased.

Fifth of all, the trailers at the beginning of the movie took too long. I ate my whole bag of popcorn and
drank all the soda while I was watching them.

I suggest you radically improve the quality of the services you provide in order to keep your customers.

I trust this matter will be dealt with as soon as possible. Unless this matter is resolved, I will be forced to
take legal action.
