The Role: Business Development Intern

Reap is looking for business development interns in Hong Kong!

We at Reap are looking for motivated people, comfortable within a flexible early start-up environment,
capable of taking initiative and driving new ideas forward. You will be one of the first core hires and this is
a very exciting opportunity to join a promising company.

As a BD intern, you will be generating new business opportunities, leads and develop sales opportunities
with SMEs here in Hong Kong. You will be able to recognize client needs and accordingly provide our
value proposition to the client. Going forward, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong sales
pipeline with the ability to forecast sales revenue accurately. You will also be collaborate closely with
developers, designers, UX experts and marketing teams and you will also have direct access to strategic
and business decision makers.

Skills & Experiences Required

• Fluent in English and Cantonese

• Hunter mentality – Superior prospecting abilities
• Professional, trustworthy, driven, engaging, enthusiastic, friendly and articulate
• Ability to work well in a team and individually
• Ability to build new business and expand the territory
• Ability to successfully lead business development through each phase of the sales cycle

leverage transaction data and existing banking relationships to build a full stack credit-based payments
