Medication Policy

 Parents must have a signed sheet (provided by doctor) and a doctor’s note giving us permission
and the instruction that go along with the medication.
 Medication must be brought in the original bottle.
 Their name, dosage, and how often their medication is needed and the times they need it.
 The children may NOT have cough drop in their backpack or on them at school, they must be
given to their teacher.
