    Fire Policy

    What is a fire?
    Combustion or burning, in which substances combine chemically with oxygen from the
    air and typically give out bright light, heat, and smoke.

    Precautions:
     Make sure smoke detectors have batteries
     Have a designated spot to meet up at

    When a fire starts..


    1. Try not to panic
    2. Tell everyone as soon as possible
    3. Use the preplanned escape route
    4. Get everyone out as quickly as possible
    5. Stay low/crawl
    6. Don’t stop just keep going
    7. Close the door when you leave
    8. Before opening the door touch it with the back of your hand
    9. DO NOT GO BACK IN THE BUILDING

    WE WILL GO OVER THIS IS DO IT ATLEAST 3 TIMES A YEAR SO THEIR FIMILAR WITH IT
