Implication for the Educational Practices

The language of the loiterers occurs because of their experiences from

where they are living. This study reveals that the language of the loiterers is
being used because of their purpose which is to be identified.

This study would give more information about the life and experiences of the
loiterers that would help the DepEd officials to create suitable development
programs in the future.

Furthermore, given that the expansion of the loiterers is unstoppably

dispersing in the different places, this study would offer awareness to the
faculty and staff of the different elementary and secondary schools, colleges,
states and universities on how to respond appropriately to this kind of
phenomenon considering the reasons behind the occurrence and reasons of
the loiterers using their language.

Through this study, it gives meaningful and purposive understanding

about the social context of the loiterers wherein, loiterers behavior will depend
on how society reacts and vice versa.
