Designs of Existing Pens:
Pen #1
Attributes
● The clip on the cap allows the pen to
be attached to a paper, pocket, etc.
● The uniformity of the pen makes it
have a very sleek look
● Lightweight
Pen #2
Attributes
● Hand grip allows for more
comfortable writing- indented to fit
hand better
● Clip attached to the body of the pen
helps to not lose it as easily
● Clear body allows ink level to be seen
Drawbacks
● The triangle body shape of the pen
makes it inconvenient to hold- no grip
or change of shape for a more
convenient hold
● The clip being on the cap allows the
pen to be lost if the cap falls off
● The point of the pen is larger than
most pens, making it hard to write
small
● Pen cap could be easily lost
● Made of mainly plastic- decreases
durability
Drawbacks
● Penn can be ruined if the spring inside
is lost
