    1) The Production Division ordered ingredients on April 1st including chicken, eggs, chocolate bars, cheddar cheese, and swallow jelly. 2) On April 2nd, the items delivered included chicken, eggs, cheddar cheese, but also included choco powder and pure milk instead of the ordered items. 3) There were mismatches between the ordered and delivered items - swallow jelly, pure milk, and choco powder instead of chocolate bars. The Production Division requests to return the mismatched items and replace them with what was originally ordered.
