Daily Accomplisment Report

Day 1 (April 8 2019 )

This day our first day of our immersion but before we were assign to our dissignated area we
have first an orientation which Mrs. Cleofe leads us the orientation depending on the rules and
regulation of PhilHealth everything about PhilHealth and after this orientation we were divided
into four groups and we are the three group and we were assigned at frontline section and
incode the files of Mdr etc.

Day 2 ( April 10 2019)

This day we did icoded again as what we left off on the first day and this day also we finished all
the notices that needs to incode and while sitting down and doing nothing I just did is observing
the employees of this section and as I observe, some of the employees of the philheatlh are
busy.

Day 3 ( April 11 2019)

On my third day as a lmmersion student I was assigned to senior citezen I was writing
them because others were having difficulty writing because I was old enough to care for
them doing what they did

Day 4 ( April 12 2019)

At the end of my day as a lmmersion I was pretty much wiped out because it's the day
I'm in the frantline where the number of people and the atendance of people coming to
PhilHealth somewhat sick because I still do not know about phil health

Day 5 ( April 15 2019 )

Next day it is difficult to be frontline because an employer will teach you to learn things
Day 6 ( April 16 2019)

And in the next few days I still have the frontline of the number assigned to clients and
entertainers.
