What have I learned from my supervisor?


I have learned from my supervisor that I need to relax and enjoy my on-the -job training. He advised me to go out
of the office more often and collaborate with other staffs. Other than getting my tasks done for the day, he
suggested I offer assistance to anyone who may need it since my presence helped ease our daily schedule and
deadlines.

What are the difficulties working with my supervisor? What have I done to overcome these problems?

I didn’t have any difficulties with my supervisor nor any I overcame my fear of being alone and left-out during
other staffs in the department for that matter. I my first 15 days. As of now, I think the only problem I

1. I am being trained as a Trainee.

2. My duties and responsibilities are:

 To accomplish disbursement vouchers and Budget Utilization Request


 To photocopy invoices and submit to Finance for double checking
 To encode and update replenishment reports
 To accomplish petty cash vouchers

3. What is the relationship of this department with the other departments?

The relationship of this department with other departments is that we handle most of the Director General
Office expenses, including the catering services and food and beverage for meetings, driver assignments for
the officials, we also approves budget proposals by other departments, and also we handle the papers and
documents of other departments that needs signature from ODG.

4. Discuss at least three (3) mistakes you have done (what, how, why) since the start of your training in this
department.

Honestly, I did not make any mistakes during my training period. I was very careful. The only mistake I did was a
very minor one, when I did not edit the dates for certification. But I realized and spotted the mistake even
before the document was printed and approved. So I consider this as a lesson for me to complete my tasks
correctly and efficiently.
