Crossing international borders is a crucial ability for many professionals, and every firm must engage

with varied groups of consumers and workers. The business communication class illustrates to

students how to communicate with individuals from other origins and cultures, which is both a

required business skill and a source of enjoyment for the rest of their lives. Additionally, the training

also demonstrated the differences between daily language and business language, as well as many

means of exchanging information such as body language, eye contact, oral language, and so on.

During the session, the function of visual aids in communication was highlighted, which is critical in

creating memorable information for audiences. More importantly, the course's centerpiece is the

business project which cultivates us to make the use of several corporate communication abilities. In

this assignment, a group of Western Sydney Vietnam students is required to cooperate with local

organizations that they can freely choose.

First of all, the project provides an excellent chance to put newly taught communication skills into

practice by interacting with the organization's representative. To the greatest extent feasible, the

email should be formal and professional. This is also a valuable experience exposing the outside

business world, which could be an essential foundation for future jobs. I have never collaborated

with any organization, that is why this experience makes me interested and nervous at the same time.

Moreover, the project enabled students to widen their networking as the groups were divided

randomly. This business project's key component was collaboration; as a result, introverts like myself

may improve our teamwork and communication abilities without effort. Apart from business

communication, academic skills such as writing a report, public speaking, or researching are

cultivated.

On June 1st, our team was established with the name 5ACE TEAM, including five people with

different perspectives. Recognizing the significance of business communication, we tried some

practical strategies in order not only to break down the barrier but also collaboratively work for the

mutual goal. We assigned tasks according to every individual's interests and strengths; for instance,

Kine is the only one in our group participating in The Youth Union; she has a good grasp of

interacting with the organization, so that she would be in charge of business invitations. However,

things did not go as neatly as we had expected. The assignment's quality does not fulfill the standards

due to a lack of discipline, and some late contributions are provided. In addition, during the first post

censorship, our content postings are cliche and fail to deliver the messages that Forever Wheelchair

wishes to express. Finding supplier collaboration still be the big question. Communication is the key;

we decided to have a serious meeting to define the problem and solve it as much as possible.

We finally realized the importance of leadership, and Thư would be responsible for this position.

Team leaders are born with specific attributes, such as compassion and honesty, or they develop

leadership abilities via formal training and experience. Being an excellent leader may create

confidence in the team while also contributing to the department's success through increased team

productivity. Thus, not reading the requirement carefully, we tend to lean more toward conventional

charitable work than the work attitude of an external consultancy company. Subsequently, the

credibility of our group is not strong enough to convince the long-time merchants; it is better to

change our verbal communication as well as make a formal contract.

After this precious experience, I have accumulated many valuable lessons. Teamwork would be the

top priority because our team has struggled to communicate and understand each other. The earlier

we complete the tasks, the more time we have to solve unexpected problems, enhancing our quality

work. Then, it is strongly advised to identify communication problems even with meticulous

planning and excellent intentions,communication attempts might occasionally fall short.

Professionals who comprehend a fundamental communication process model can use it to recognize
the breakdowns and take remedial action. Being well-prepared is never enough. In particular, we

should write down everything in the most detailed way so all members can easily catch up on where

the project is being done. Finally, when you are entrusted with making a sale or presenting to a

potential investor, the necessity of learning business communication becomes all too evident. You

must be able to talk and write confidently and professionally while providing content that converts.

The commercial initiative allows us to expand our academic knowledge and do meaningful things to

vigorously elevate disabled pets' voices.
