comprehend words so that audiences can understand and grasp the information easily. Use the
appropriate style of writing, avoid personal opinions. The content of the report should not be
rambling, pay attention to the content of the report so that the audience can focus on what we are
talking about. The report must be designed in a neutral way, without bias towards the interests of
oneself or others. In addition, the report must follow a suitable structure as well as a standardized
format
Portfolio Reflection
In the previous session, I learned how to write a complete report as well as the parts that make up a
report. The use of words, expressions, and presentation in a report is extremely important. It helps
the audience understand and capture information more easily. We had changed many things in our
Business Project to suit the style of report writing.
In addition, the last question showed me how to get out of the anxiety when we are in an online
meeting. Currently, I am learning about Public Speaking and I find that this knowledge is extremely
useful, especially with my future work, I know what I have to complete speech as well as a complete
speech, give the necessary views.
