to great. It is a practical approach for learners to become acquainted with various workplace realities.
The goal of the Business Project Report is to progress us closer to the desired learning outcomes by

sufficient oral communication skills to meet a variety of business objectives; (3) cooperating well
with others; and (4) evaluating the plan, executing progress, and project results. The reflective essay
The Business Project Report was an important assignment in the Business Communications class.
My value during the Business Project was the practice of controlling unexpected and overwhelming
emotions when conversing with other partners. This lesson arose from a cooperation problem that
involved misinterpretation and mismatched working strategies. The different working styles of
different personalities extended the timeline for developing products. Worse, the divergence of
project goals and desires has reinforced emotional communication barriers. In addition, our team
appeared to be prone to focusing on execution rather than carefully planning individual tasks and
roles, which resulted in miscalculations and rash decisions. It triggered issues that required us to halt
current work to double-check deliverables from earlier stages. Overall, the value of participating in a
business project is that it motivates me to find efficient workflow and locate the cause of emotional
communication barriers.
rewarding. The consent of one supplier was the pivotal event. We approached ten suppliers, which is
not a large number but adds a lot of pressure in a short period. Worse, we were in a passive situation
while waiting for suppliers' responses, which disappointed us. However, the work must proceed. And
I was proud of our team because of this trait: the ability to remain professional in such situations.
Work satisfaction had not returned until Mr. Quan, the supplier we found for Forever Wheelchair,
agreed to supply wheels and pipes. In retrospect, the lessons I learned have exceeded my
anticipation.
To analyze my experience as a whole, the business project was made worthwhile by two issues we
overcame: convincing executives of our method of dealing with supply issues and bringing on a
allowed us to learn. Specifically, our solution to fulfill their wants, lower production cost, and
expand their market, was to enter the United States market while utilizing the Vietnamese suppliers.
They initially refused our approach since Forever Wheelchair did not have enough capital to cover
the costs of inbound logistics. Therefore, we connected with a logistics partner through LinkedIn.
Fortunately, he was acquainted with Mr. Oscar and was willing to help Forever Wheelchair with
logistics. The next challenge we faced was locating suppliers. Because most of the invitations and
requests were rejected or did not receive a response during the supplier issues management process,
we were desperate for data to complete the report. However, we were overjoyed when Mr. Quan, the
supplier we signed the contract with, agreed to work with us at the last moment. His approval was
is critical when in need of assistance or an ally. For example, had not we not sought a logistics
partner, Forever Wheelchair might still not agree to split up the value chain. Furthermore, when I
applied communication basics and models to business communication difficulties, I met my goal for
the Business Communication course. Aside from that, I could learn how to apply concepts and
practices to present and write a business report. I will use the key takeaways from the business
project, persuasive speaking and networking skills, to improve my project management and
effectively distilling and applying lessons learned through evaluating, reconstructing, and analyzing.
