OPEN LEARN.IN

Openlearn is an online site for the students from class 2-12. It helps the student to
learn and understand what they couldn't understand in their online class. Most of
the student nowadays, they just attend their classes. But they couldn’t what they
are learning. So, here the solution for this Openlearn.in app helps the student for
better learning and understanding.Open learn is very helpful for learning and
understanding.
RECRUITMENT/ HIRE INTERNS

Recruitment is like an ongoing process used to attract,select and retain the


best candidates for the company’s requirements.
Hiring Interns is the process of seeking, evaluating and employing new talent
when a specific job post opens up.
PLAN FOR RECRUITMENT

So, firstly i will see that whether there is a need for interns in the company or not
then I will use my first plan for recruitment is I will be posting advertisements that
“WE ARE HIRING INTERNS for a Specific Job Role”. in social media platforms
like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms mainly used for job
searching. Then i will wait for the people to show their interest by replying in the
post. My second plan is kind of same but here are some changes i will be posting
a story in my Whatsapp and other social apps and with a link of a google form
where i can get the name, contact number, mail id , college name, CV/ Resume
the post sentence will be the “We are Hiring Interns for a Specific Job Role”.
PLAN FOR HIRING INTERNS
So, my plan for this is I will be calling out the candidates to know about them like it will be a
Telephonic Interview at first then I will be talking with them in a Video Conference where I will
see that how they talk, knowledge about our company, the domain they choose, university,
what they are pursuing , skills, experience, expectations from the company. If I take a
telephonic interview I will record the call of the candidate. As an HR or Recruiter I will suggest
the best candidates to the company who really seek to learn and understand the company’s
will and policy. For, keeping records of the candidates i will make a google sheet their i will
put all the domains and keep the data in it.

KRAs Of INTERNS

So, I will be working on the students enrollment for the courses and telling them
about the courses and the fees for the course. After that my interns will be
attracting the students for the course and will try to get the consent of the
candidate for the course. I will try that my interns try to get the students from their
local areas where they live and tell them about the course and everything to the
candidate and the parents. Me and my team will promote the company in social
media and in their whatsapp stories and other social media apps to attract more
and more students.
MANAGEMENT
1. Management of the interns will be like their will be a group in Whatsapp
particularly for the interns. I will be seeing the activity of them like I will post a
morning message in the group then I will see who’s replying in the group.
basically , to see who’s active in the group.
2. I will make a Google Sheet where i will maintain a sheet of Attendance, Task,
Interns who are working in the company.
3. For their performance i will do all these things.
4. I will make them do the Research Work as well for the Students.
5. I will see the daily performance by giving them the task.
6. Their will be a meetings with the interns in every 3 days at a particular time.
TRAIN AND MANAGE

1. As soon as the interns will join the company will teach them a lot of things
with a specific role they have chosen.
2. For Example, if a intern is in BD then he/she will promote the company in
social media apps for sure and try to get as many candidates as he/she can.
3. They will be promoting the company for tie-up things as well (If the company
wants).
4. The Management of the interns will be under my surveillance. I will look after
the interns . I will be available for the company and employees all the time.
PERFORMANCE & INCENTIVE PAYOUTS

1. With each passing week i will give the feedback to the interns according to
their work.
2. I will also look after how hard they are working on their given assignments.
3. I will be available for the interns and company all the time.
4. I will see the performance of each and every interns on daily/weekly/monthly
basis.
5. Then i will suggest the company for the payouts of the interns according to
their activity in the group, performance, behaviour, proficiency, skills and etc.
