Open Questions:
1. Would you recommend online/distance learning education delivery to another student? Why or why not?
Yes i will recommend online/distance learning because we are still in the midst of pandemic.safety first.
2. What are the instructor's strengths and weaknesses? (All kinds of comments welcome here!)
One of the instructor’s strengths is that online learnning will be more convenient and flexible as you can bring
education at your home. Most it can be more student centered and personal wherein the teacher can get the
answers and explanations from each of the student. The weaknesses will be the limitations of the technology
wherein the students will have no connectivity or the limitation of the gadgets the student owned. Second, as
the learning now will become student centered then the responsibility will be greater rely on the students
maturity and discipline. Student must be well organized, self-motivated, and possess a high degree of time
management skills in order to keep up with the pace of the course.
One of the greatest strength of online/distance learning is synergy. The online format allows a dynamic
interaction between the instructor and students and among the students themselves. Resources and
ideas are shared, and continuous synergy will be generated through the learning process.
One of the greatest weakness of online learning is that some subjects should not be taught online because
the electronic medium in its current state of development does not permit the best method on instruction.
Examples are hands-on subjects such as return demonstration, public speaking and sports where physical
movement and practice contribute to the achievement of the learning objectives. These subjects are probably
best taught in a face-to-face traditional learning environment.
