    Justification for the representation expenses, food for the supposedly RTEC meeting on April 20, 2018

    The date of the RTEC meeting was scheduled last April 20, 2018. But there was no submission of project
    proposals even 2 days before the scheduled meeting. I was instructed by Maam Mel, our SETUP
    coordinator to inform the supply office. On the day of the meeting we found out that Searsolin prepared
    food for 15 persons. Since there was an Internal Audit Group meeting that day, April 20, 2018. The extra
    food from Searsolin was served to augment the preparation to cover all participants or attendees of the
    meeting. The PMEQ only requested food for 15 participants but the attendees are more than 30 pax.
    Attached is the memo 2018 – 04 – 033 for reference.
